Faulty / Damaged / Missing Goods
In the unfortunate event that something may happen to your order, we will do our very best to put this right for you as fast as possible. But we may require some information first.
1.Please inform us via email of any discrepancies within 3 working days and please include the following to speed up your claim
2.Please provide photo evidence, of the packaging and the faulty – damaged goods.
3.Detailed description of the nature of your claim
4.We may require you to return the damaged faulty goods, on such occasions we apologise this may cause a slight inconvenience, but we will refund all postage costs.
5.Please note we can only process claims via email, please do not phone.
6.In the event we do not receive the information or returned goods as requested within 14 days we will be unable to take any further action regarding your claim.
In the event you have a change of mind and wish to return your goods, please follow the steps below.
1.Please inform us via email you wish to return your order.
2.Return the goods to the address we provide you in our reply email.
3.We cannot accept canvas or print returns as these are printed to order.
4.Goods must be returned in their original condition with all undamaged packaging within 14 working days.
5.Unfortunately we cannot refund your returns delivery costs.
6.Refunds can only be issued via the same payment method and this will be done within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.
7.Please return all goods via a signed for delivery service to guarantee the arrival back to us and make sure the goods are properly insured against loss or damage, as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages or losses.

1. You place the same order several times but only require one.
These Items will be refunded if not already dispatched less a processing fee of £2.00 per order plus 3.5% of the order total to cover merchant transaction costs.
